Limited Lifetime Warranty on Ceramic Parts

Kamado Kingdom warrants that all ceramic parts used in all Kamado Kingdom  grill are free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill.

3 Year Warranty on Metal Parts

Kamado Kingdom warrants that all metal and cast iron parts used in this Kamado Kingdom grill are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years.  Warranty  DOES NOT COVER RUST, OXIDATION, FADING or other BLEMISHES.

1 Year Warranty on Gaskets

Kamado Kingdom warrants that the  gaskets used in this Kamado  grill are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one  year.

2 Year Warranty on Thermometer

Kamado Kingdom warrants that the thermometer used in this Kamado grill  are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one  year.

1 Year Warranty on other parts

Side tables, handles, wheels, stands come with 1 year limited warranty from purchase date.

What is Not Covered?

This warranty does not apply to damage caused by abuse or use of the product for purposes other than that for which it is designed, damage caused by lack of proper use, assembly, maintenance or installation, damages caused by accidents or natural disasters, damage caused by unauthorised attachments or modifications, or damage during transport. This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear from use of the product (for example, scratches, dents, dings and chipping) or changes in the appearance of the grill that do not affect its performance.

Terms and Conditions

This warranty cannot be transferred to subsequent owners. 

Purchaser is required to provide photographic/video evidence to assess the damage when submitting claim.Claim must be made within 5 calendar days. Scratches, cracks, chips, dents, crazing or minor cosmetic blemishes of the exterior glaze not affecting performance are not covered under warranty.

This warranty will be invalidated if any liquid are poured on or in the hot ceramic kamado.
